How Your Donations Help

From florists and permits, to catering and boutique space, to printing and mailing… there are significant monetary costs necessary to produce our Tour each year, in addition to the need for volunteers. We diligently manage our costs and look for creative ways to eliminate or cut expenses. We are grateful for our generous sponsors and donors who underwrite many of these costs. 

In recent years, roughly $35-40,000 of expenses (after underwriting) must be covered by revenue generated from ticket and boutique sales. Only then do we begin to raise proceeds for our recipients. This is one of the ways you may be able to help.

Consider supporting us as an Owl Friend in the form of a 100% tax-deductible donation. Your donation of any amount is greatly appreciated as it will help to offset costs associated with this beloved Kansas City holiday event, thereby increasing the impact of our Tour on our community.
